Rachel Goodman is a passionate, diligent, and hard-working real estate professional who prides herself on her long-standing client relationships.  Her results for her clients have been driven by her ability to listen and respond to her client’s goals while using her thorough market and contract knowledge to negotiate successful outcomes on their behalf. 

Real estate in Colorado is at the same time extraordinary and complicated. She works to understand her client’s needs, so she can help navigate the nuances of location, schools, lifestyle, price, building opportunities, and more. As she will tell you, there are few things more satisfying in her business than finding the perfect property for her buyers or to deliver the strongest offer to her sellers which drives her to go the extra mile for her clients. She has sat across the closing table with numerous satisfied home buyers and sellers for the past five years and plans to continue for many more. 

Rachel is dual licensed in both Colorado and Hawai’i.  The thirty years of living in Colorado, interspersed with two lovely turns in Hawai’i, allowed her the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience offered in two markets to increase her knowledge and breadth of experience.  Marrying the two mountain-to-sea locations and markets have brought different versions of her favorite worlds into her story and has thus allowed her to work with like-minded clients.

Her life in Colorado has always been very active and full of hiking, biking, skiing, and outdoor adventure. She attained her education at the University of Colorado, earning her degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology. Rachel met her husband in a ski lift line in Aspen and enjoyed nearly ten years of mountain living along with over twenty years along the Front Range.
